Awards – we won!

At the The Community Radio Awards, Radio Winchcombe was selected as a station of note. Also our very own, Nick Mundy picked up the award for ‘Volunteer of the Year’. Together with Kevin O, Nick collected the award up in Bradford at a glitzy ceremony and of course, we at Radio Winchcombe congratulate Nick. A well deserved winner.

Outside Broadcasts

We’re getting busier than ever! We’ll be hosting outside broadcasts in Winchcombe on Sunday Nov 9th for Remembrance Day and on Nov 22nd we’ll be broadcasting from Bishop’s Cleeve for their annual Christmas Light Switch on. If this wasn’t enough, on 29th November we’ll be broadcasting from the Winchcombe Christmas Fayre. If you’re at any of these sites on any of these dates, please come and say hello.

New Show

Things don’t stay the same for long at Radio Winchcombe. Hector’s Natural World airs for the first time on Friday November 7th. A fabulous show, delivered by a talented broadcaster. We’re looking forward to many more to follow.
