Philip is the founding member and chairman of Radio Winchcombe.He’s the man who pulls everything together and gets things done! Philip presents several shows including, The Fabulous Sixties Show, Carousel, which features orchestral light music, and Local Lives, interviewing local residents for a truly local history.
Philip is also involved with many specialist shows featuring Big Bands, Choir’s and Drama’s which often call on his expertise as time-served sound engineer.
And as a sound engineer back in the day, employed by the government and is still very much hush-hush! Philip says, “at Radio Winchcombe, it has given him the opportunity to be in front of the microphone for a change and interview people from all walks of life, some famous!
