Steve presents a Kick up the Eighties on Saturday nights from 6pm and repeated 6pm on Monday’s.

In association with Charlie Chimp Productions, an audio visual production company he set up in the 1990s to bring live events across the UK & The Canary Islands.

KUTE brings you musical memories from the decade that brought us parachute pants, Pyrex and apparently mullet hairstyles were very cool!

Join Steve every Saturday night as he fires up the Delorean and transports you back to a better place the 1980s. 

Leg warmers,oversized blazers and fingerless gloves are optional,

but you are encouraged to wear them during the show.

Steve’s background as mainly centred in and around the media landscape, and has been involved with tv and radio one shape or form for over 30 years.

From a stint TV presenting on satellite shopping channels in the ‘90s to dj-ing on local commercial radio stations with early breakfast & eventually weekend  breakfast shows, plus on radio stations broadcasting to ex-pats in Europe.

Steve is very passionate about the medium of radio and also has a great musical knowledge, not only of the eighties, but most decades, 

to quote John Miles “ music was my first love and it shall be my last”
